My Jeep Grand Cherokee recently started to sound like Darth Vader every time I turned on the a/c. Apparently this is a common issue with some of the older models. I tried to deal with the annoying sound but then my a/c completely went out and was blowing out hot air. The service department at Laethem Buick/GMC was able to find the root cause and repair this for a much better price than I’ve seen other folks have to pay, not to mention extremely friendly customer service. We had extensive damage to our car because of an accident while our new car was in the care of a valet service. We had issues with the valet company and their insurance company denying they were at fault. Ray Laethem Buick GMC was extremely helpful in navigating the claim, dealing with our insurance company and did an excellent job fixing my car. Communication between the collision department and the dealership in general was excellent. There is a reason we buy or lease our cars through this dealership. From our salesman to the collision shop, it is always seamless. I would highly recommend!
