The only complaint was that the main entry to the building was locked and I would have been unable to get in if I had missed my expert, Ronnette, at the door. There is a way to call the broader VentureX office but I was unaware that was the necessary point of contact. Once in the appointment, Ronnette was very personable and accommodating, patiently working through complications with my tax return that took much longer than either of us expected. Much appreciated.
