The place looked very nice and clean! But I'm extremely disappointed. It says clearly on the website that you can accommodate walk in customers, and I was told I should have booked online and that you couldn't accommodate me. Please don't advertise this! I drove far to come here, and its really disappointing. I probably won't be returning.

If you want the best service & best nails, Vicky at Polished is your girl. She is the absolute best. I've consistently seen her for almost two years, moved out of state, and still make time to see her when I'm back in Michigan. The vibe is on point, and your nails will be too when you leave.

The Nail tech I see is Vicky, she is Awesome. She cares about Nail health, not just the look. Currently we are working to rid the damage from me not taking a break from shellac. I appreciate also that the space is in the city My only reason for a not a 5star is that I have not found a pedicure person that is as effective as my last place I Soooo appreciate that they use liners for pedicures which the last place did not.
