Only leaving 2 stars because my nurse was decent, however Alexandrea Garbus, on the other hand rushed my exam. I scheduled myself for a pelvic exam and she asked me if I had any symptoms. Regardless of not if I had symptoms or not, I’m a hard working American that pays for my insurance, if I have health anxiety and I want to pay for a comprehensive exam or want a work up, just do that. Don’t tell me what’s easier. I just got the standard testing done because I didn’t want to be touched by her no more and it seemed like she didn’t want to do the exam either. However, like I said, if somebody schedule something, PERFORM IT. I could’ve had something that I couldn’t see, I’m just going to find a real OBYGN, but planned parenthood give urgent care vibes now. I actually got better work up done at urgent care.

The receptionist is nice but the doctor is apathetic, gets mad at you for no reason and doesn’t listen. I told her that I was in pain, and she explained to me that Im uncomfortable because of my illness; disregarding the fact that the procedure was making it a lot worse. She is very patronizing and made me uncomfortable

This clinic is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming, and the nurses are truly compassionate. Tameka, in particular, was amazing and professional throughout the entire visit. She made sure I understood all of my options, educated me on my rights, and ensured I felt 100% comfortable the whole time. A true 10/10 experience.

This is the third time since using this planned Parenthood that I've gone to quest labs only to not have any orders sent to have labs done. This must be done on a certain day of the week and when nearly running out of medication so it is incredibly scary on top of making myself a burden on others wasting their time and money transporting me since I'm disabled.

I was a bit overwhelmed going in after reading all the reviews, this center was absolutely amazing checki was quick and the medical assistant was great and NP Leah was super helpful. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE PLANNED PARENTHOOD FOR MAIL SERVICES FOR THE PILL….I DODNT RECEIVE THE PILL ON TIME SO OT WAS TO LATE TO TAKE AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIS WAS A HUGE MONEY GRAB AFTER BEING PROMISED IT WOULD BE THERE ONTIME!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

The staff is very nice at this location, but this is more of a review of planned parenthood as a whole. I cannot get ahold of anyone!! How the hell do I call this location and not that stupid hotline? There’s always such a long wait.
I have not been able to fill my birth control for over a week! I have contacted the provider and so has my pharmacy. Please allow me to refill my birth control! Please!!! Why is this so hard? It’s birth control!
