Prior to talking with Michael I thought that my choice of a funeral director was settled until it wasn't. I had been referred to another funeral director by someone that works with that other director and in whom I have confidence. However, after a bad experience there concerning unresponsiveness, arrogance, and a failure to own his shortcoming, I had to search for another. That's when I found Michael Kemp and I'm SO glad that I did. His ease of communication left me feeling like I was talking with a friend. He and his staff undertook with care and flexibility not only for my deceased brother-in-law but for all of my concerns and issues throughout the process. I truly felt cared for and I highly recommend his services.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the New McFall Brothers Funeral Home. They were phenomenal and they have never let us down. We started this journey using a different well known funeral home closer to home in Southfield. After receiving cold and less than stellar customer service, we made the decision to go with who we knew and trusted, the New McFall Brothers. We were met with EXEMPLARY customer service, compassion, support, and excellent care and presentation of our loved one. McFall Brother's treated our family as if we were their family...and I mean it. They matched and exceeded everything offered to us by the Southfield Funeral home...not in competition. It was just what they do. Then they presented a bill that was LITERALLY less than half of what the other funeral home charged. Mr. Michael Kemp (No relations to Kemp Funeral Home), and NMB staff...thank you so very much for keeping with the long tradition of the McFall Brothers. Mrs. Jean and Mr. John Anderson. in making these difficult times so much easier. Your professionalism, your quality and your compassion is unsurpassed. I truly hope we don't have to do business with you again for a very, very long time. (LOL)

I cannot give enough praise to the staff here. I am under 30 years old and had to plan a service for my Mother. This was a new experience for me and I dreaded having to step up to the plate. Mr Kemp, Julius and Ms Genisse were very hospitable and professional. They made this process simple and a little bit easier to bear. They paid attention to every detail and even made me laugh and smile a few times. Very kind staff and nice facility with affordable options. Unfortunately, we've used McFall Brothers Funeral Home 3 times in the last 3 years, so this is always a challenging review to write.They are attentive and compassionate. The services are well done and they do their best to accomodate all needs. I highly recommend them and if you have to use this type of service, I also pray you receive comfort, peace of mind, and understanding as you deal with any grief. I hope you are able to celebrate the life of your love one and are comforted in the blessing you received from the love they gave.

In August 2021 our family lost our first niece/cousin and we were devastated mentally and emotionally. My family wanted to use a funeral home that would not take advantage of our emotional state. We were concerned about the financial cost. We were referred to the New McFall Brothers Funeral Home. I want to start with this is a BEAUTIFUL building. The chapel is a nice size, the lobby is very cozy and the staff was AMAZING!! The director treated us with RESPECT, He was very HOSPITABLE and COMFORTING. They took very good care of our family member remains, they broke down everything when it came to the financial cost. We chose to use one of their ministers and he gave us words of encouragement, positivity and love. I would definitely recommend New McFall Brothers to anyone that may have to do final arrangement for a love one.
