Your shop is my everything!!! The receptionist very polite, professional and helpful with hair color selection. My braid stylist Nori was a few minutes behind appointment schedule but she did my knotless braids in record time!!! Yes ma'am, she got my head together!! She was very polite and professional The movie selection was good but not kid appropriate when they (kids) arrived for service. The salon and restroom are clean and neat. The visit was great. Thank you ladies, I will be back.

I went to a lash tech that works here and I am highly disappointed. First off I paid a deposit and went to the salon that I made the appointment at and when I arrived the salon was closed I called the number online and the shop owner answered and eventually the lash tech called me and asked me to come to her home to get my service. It was inconvenient however I needed them done. When I arrived she set me all up with the tape on my eyes and about 2 hrs later she informed me that she was done I paid for the remaining balance which total about $150 she didn’t have a hand held mirror so she showed me to her restroom to look at the outcome. When I looked in the mirror what I saw was totally unacceptable she gave me the smallest micro mini lashes that I had ever seen. Mind you I paid for full length volume wispy lashes when I asked her about it she said decided to go with these micro mini lashes. I had to go to work and couldn’t stay any longer that day I made another appointment with her because what she did was unacceptable and I paid for something completely different. The day that I am heading out to the 2nd appointment she called to cancel because she in fact didn’t have any longer lashes available which is probably why she did what she did in the first place. So I rescheduled again needless to say she canceled on me again. This is beyond unprofessional and come to find out she told me that she’s the owners goddaughter. The same owner that told me that the lash tech was really good and backed her work. Now I am out of $150 dollars and have to find someone else and pay them to remove these lashes and do a full set so really I’m out of $350 or more like we can just lose money in this economy. Moral to the story don’t waste your money because this entire situation was so unprofessional.

Ms. Daja Thank you so very much. God Bless you. I had a family emergency and my daughter had to fly into town asap. Well when she arrived she had to miss her hair appointment to join the family. Well I jumped into ?% mommy fix it supper woman and searched for a stylist. I was given this name and number and out of a good 15 stylist The braid Gallery came through and did an amazing job. Great customer service and full service like stylist use to be. This is our hair home!

I asked for medium knotless. These large parts are not OK. I know I have a lot but this is ridiculous. I would've paid more or went elsewhere had I known this would be the outcome.
