The attitude at this shop is honestly unnecessary. The women constantly roll their eyes, raise their voices, and speak in their language when you ask for something to be done a certain way.
I specifically asked one of the women not to cut through my braids with scissors. Thank God I stopped her, because the braids she had already done resulted in her cutting off a significant amount of my actual hair. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to constantly worry about whether my instructions are being followed.

I paid over $400 and my braids have been falling out since day 1. The attached added on here has been falling out, left to right because of the format that they used very sloppy. In the photo is not even half of the braids that came out
Zero stars this shop was the best they have terrible service now they are not the same they service is not neat or professional .you hair has been done 7 days and its terrible my braids are uneven my parts are crooked and they tells me they sorry I would never go back.again
