Grateful for the Gutter repair. I contacted Marc concerned about a downspout that was loose. Marc listened to my concern and assured me he would take care of it. He sent 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙣 to complete the repair. Sean came and tightened up the downspout and put some screws in the bottom ones that I was concerned about too. I am very satisfied with Motor City Home Improvement services. I highly recommend them for any home repairs they offer.

I got in touch with Mark about an issue with my gutter and he came out and fixed it within 24 hours *and* did not charge me! He was professional and efficient. Waiting for the next problem so I can call him back!

Mark from Motor City Home Improvement was great to work with. Came out to give me a quote on rebuilding a brick chimney, gave me a great price. I went with Motor. Marks team came out and were great as well...chimney went up well, looks good, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was one small issue that I spoke with Mark and he took care of it. Professional and personable and good to work with. Couldn't have asked for more!
Just used Mark to replace the gutters on my mother's house. Looks great!

Grateful for the Gutter repair. I contacted the company concerned about the upcoming snow and didn’t want any further issues to arise. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘 (owner) felt my urgency and sent 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙣 and his team within days to complete the repair. Quick, inexpensive & I highly recommend 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (Sorry) didn’t get a chance to capture before and after pictures. My experience with MCHI was as a resident in an apartment, so while I didn't have a say in who was being hired or what was being done, I did have direct experience with this team. I can't speak to the work, that's beyond my purview, but Sean was one of the most professional, kind people I've ever met. Picture this: we have a very sensitive dog. We got through the 4th of July fireworks, then wake up at 8am on July 5th to our roof being worked on. She's petrified. I'm stressed. She's stressed. It's not great. I came outside to figure out a way to get her out and honestly.... I was not my best self.
Sean met me with compassion and empathy. He proceeded to regularly clean a path outside our apartment to ensure there were no nails, stopping to do so more frequently than the other spots. He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.
And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.
Quality of work is one thing, but this level of service (especially considering I wasn't even the person behind hiring the team) shows true character. Thank you, truly.
