If I could give zero stars I would. I spent over $600 for nothing. Very inconsistent, poor communication and to add insult to injury I am still owed 2 hours I paid for my son and she hasn’t scheduled yet, even with my multiple calls and text. That went on for over a month until I gave up and threw those hours away. This place should be out of business. HORRIBLE

The staff and instructors are very professional. My son is learning so much. Esther, the instructor, goes above and beyond to assist the students. I highly recommend the school to anyone looking for a driving school.

Very unprofessional business. I signed my brother up for adult classes and started with the 3 hour class. She only did one hour with him and never called back for the other 2 hours. A waste of money. She also said he needed more hours but she cannot even complete the first 3 I paid for. I would not recommend this driving school to anybody.

With the skills i learned I passed my road test even after 2 weeks of not driving at all. My instructor was Ms. Ross, I enjoyed her gentle and confident teaching style giving firm instructions while not being so harsh it's stressful or frightening. I believe in quality, my classes were worth every dime giving me the ability to be a confident safe driver. If I had to give 1 complaint, scheduling could be better but I wouldn't let that deter from giving this school a chance.

This is one of the worst driving schools in the Detroit Area. At this point, they are scamming people out of their money with making people go through hoops just to schedule and actually get an appointment knowing they have a no return policy. The bad communication and no response are very intentional. Please take your money elsewhere with people that actually care about teaching and value their customers. If you can report this company please do! Because they are thieves!!

My daughter completed both Segments 1 and 2 with Motor City Driving Academy, I couldn’t have asked for a better facility! They were all very professional and kind. My daughter also enjoyed doing her driving lessons with the instructors. They were patient and made her very comfortable. My daughter is a competitive dancer and their available schedules aligned perfectly with ours! Thank you again Motor City Driving Academy!

No show. No communication. Paid for lessons in advance. My mistake! Waited for the instructor for over an hour and no one showed up, called or emailed. They are scammers. Will be reversing the charge and filing a complaint with the Department of State. Do. Not. Use. They will take your money and ignore their responsibility.
