Excellent service and very helpful staff. It surprised me that they no longer have an optometry department they only do the medical part of the eye health they were so thorough they looked in the back of my eyes all the way into my brain seems like 😂😂😂 very good service from the walk in 24/7 walk in.

For Kresege Eye Institute to be as well known for issues with eye disease, it is horribly ran, everything takes so long to see your doctor and procedures.

This place used to be a beautiful place and very convenient for is patience. But Now it just looks like an abandoned building. I don't understand how a eye institution doesn't have a place where you can purchase glasses after getting your eyes examine. And then you have to find somewhere else to take your script to purchase your glasses makes no sense 😕

If you want your credit ruined, go here. I took both my kids in June 2025 to see Dr. Bahl. I got a bill In September for $140. I paid half of it because I lost my job. Here is it November, and they came after me with their debt collector Meade. I have another job now, and am paying the rest of my balance today. However, they sent no note telling me they were reporting me to a collection agency. I will never come back due to this doctor’s aggressive collection practices. We have private insurance, not Medicaid.

I had a piece of metal in my eye. Urgent care couldn't get it out. Emergency room couldn't get it out. But the doctors here got it out! They did tell me at the desk that there is a bit of a wait. They have a lot of people coming through the building. They don't waste time, but are doing a great job I had a great time, even with my eye in pain.

I would not come back there. Failed to solve my issue. I came in with double vision on one eye. I explained that I have double vision on one eye and I was recommend to wear glasses. I tried glasses but they don't solve the issue, which is double vision in one eye and not both eyes. I came back and, I don't want to say his/her name, but they were very rude and didn't offer any solutions to my problem.

This place is incredibly disappointing. They provide incorrect prescriptions and attempt to deceive you into believing they have given the correct one. Moreover, these doctors are unprofessional, making insensitive jokes about children killing themselves if they don’t wear glasses.

Since January; I've been shifted from my original doctor to another doctor, back to my original doctor who yet again sentme to another doctor there, then today this doctor wanted to send me back to the second doctor I saw there! I'm done!
