I have been going to Knox Cleaners for years and they always do a phenomenal job. They work hard to get out my most stained items and have brought so many clothes back to life. I moved out of the city years ago and I still go back to Knox.

Great cleaner. I appreciate their speed and professionalism. I always have a great experience. I have used them for years with no issues. I never had anything altered here. They are skilled at cleaning coats, silk, pleated dresses, etc. I also appreciate that they do not close at 5pm. It is very frustrating when business are only open from 9-5. I don't understand how establishments with these hours stay in biz. Should I use an hour of my vacation time to leave work to pick up dry cleaning? Knox knows what they are doing. My last visit I had 15 pieces of clothing including coats. An employee helped me carry the items out to my car!! Now THAT is SERVICE! It is easy... read full review

My clothes come back great, they are fast, and it’s a really personal experience. People have written that they are grouchy, but I’d say it’s more just that sometimes you catch them on a bad day, and if you’re nice, I’ve found it always brightens their day and makes me feel good, too - maybe that’s why I like going there. That, and that my clothes get cleaned.
