I made a 5 star review for Mr. Jones years ago.He has been my plumber for 5+ years.Always on time and dependable.Never been late once in 5 years.Always fixed the problem.Polite and respectable.Lately the business has been taken over by someone else.I’ve made 2 appointments and no one came.I left 3 voicemails.I’m so upset because this was a great company. Now I would not do business with them.It’s a shame. Mr. Jones good business is over.
