Iron Clad Security Products is a very good place to get your doors at, with some customers highly recommending them. The company was quick and efficient for installation, and installers did a nice job, even making helpful adjustments on their own. Customers love their doors and loved the customer service from the staff. For special order doors, the wait can be over a month, but the final product is beautiful and worth the wait. However, there are significant concerns. Some customers report that the business may no longer be open, with a vacant-looking location and a phone number that just rings. When service is needed, the company is not efficient. One customer requested service for a detached door that needed more screws, an appointment was made, but the repairman never showed. Another customer noted that while they used to be a great company, they now advise keeping your money and going somewhere else.
I have bought several doors from the lady that previous owned the company and they have lasted well over 3 years, good doors. I wanted to order a door , so I called the company and found out there was a new owner. I still when with the company because I had good experiences. Within 5 months the glasses started to come out the frame and hinge came out the door frame. I am an single person with a dog, no reason for the door to start coming apart. I texted the owner Ed, he came and fix the hinge and He said that the company would reframe the glass if he bought them in. It has been another 4 months and Ed has not come to get the glass reframed. I first started going to them back in 1996. I got some other doors from them in 2010 was looking to get some more doors but I don’t think they’re open for business anymore. I’ve been going up there for about five years. Looks vacant try the phone number it Just rang it Doesn’t Is their phone number anymore used to be a great company
Company was quick and efficient when it came to installation. However, when service was needed, not so much. Requested service 2+ weeks ago bc the bottom of glass is exposed. The bottom of the door is detached. Probably because it wasn't secure. Needs more screws. Appointment was made, repairman never showed. Keep your money and go somewhere else.
