Goodday! This is a sanctuary where healing yourself is the core point of existence. The vibe, food, staff, and the community gather to invoke individual expressions that lead to the journey within the person. It was a pleasure to have encountered both this venue to host poetry events years ago as Mahogany Mignon and Dr. Bob as a healing instrument. We still love you! (SIGNED: SHEBA)
Dr Bob's unique style of bodywork is amazing. The food is excellent, the vibe is, well, psychedelic hippie style. Not your average restaurant, and things usually move at a slower pace. Very interesting mix of clientele. Dr Bob, the owner, is a character. They host various music/performance events throughout the year, most notably the solstice gatherings. I have always enjoyed going to the place, and Dr Bob's treatments have greatly helped me.
I love this place. The atmosphere and vibe are wonderful, and the food is fresh and delicious. There's a nice selection of teas, too. The decor is really cool, both outside and inside. A lot of the art on the walls (the bathroom is amazing!) was done by a very talented artist named Alex Kramp. She works there and also does commission work, so if you're looking for a psychedelic painting or even want your skateboard painted, talk to Alex. She painted a photo of my Sphynx cat which turned out super cool, and I'm not having her paint another for me. You can also have a tarot reading done here, and they have herbal tonics and other items like jewelry, crystals, incense etc for sale. It's really nice to sit outside under the big willow (?) tree and sip a tea and just vibe. It has kind of a hippie commune feel which I love, because you never know who will be hanging out and you will meet some interesting people. Go get your vibe on :)
