House of Morrison is the GOAT for real! The customer service was above expectations. I took my shoes to them to get a repair of a repair from a botched job done by a different cobbler. They had to order thread to match my shoes which was not easy. They took the time to dye the thread so it would be a match. They called me to give me updates on the repair progress. I won’t go anywhere else! This is a family business and they take so much pride in what they do. I’m very pleased and HIGHLY recommend!

My work boots were falling apart on the soles, and I couldn’t bring myself to throw them out. I decided to go to Morrisons for the a full restoration. It was $190, just slightly cheaper than what I paid for the boots, but they feel brand new and why buy new when these just needed some loving, plus I got the Vibram upgrade. Overall, happy I went with Morrisons, and happy places like this still exist!

I had a great experience here. The people are welcoming and very helpful. They were so good they could tell how I take my shoes off from the inspection. They repaired two pairs of my ugg boots. I loved how they looked and felt when I picked them up. I’m definitely taking some more shoes to them. I recommend using them if you want to keep your boots or shoes looking new and fresh.

I took my boots in for a resole. Perfectly done. They’re like new again. The stitching on the welt looks better than from the factory. Thank you!

First time customer here! I was recommended this small family owned business by a friend and let me tell you, best choice I could have made! Check out my before and after photos. They made my work boots (3 yrs old, wear them 5 days a week!) look the best they could for their age (and now waterproof!). Also, my 15 yr old Moon Boots, whose soles were literally crumbling off, they made them BETTER THAN NEW. Leather sole, new rubber grips, they are better than the first day I got them.
The customer service you will get will blow you away. They're kind, they talk you through what they will do and how. They do all things leather - shoes, bags, suitcases, etc. I am so happy to have this place! Morrisons you're awesome <3
