I’ve been going to this location since 2017 and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is wonderful, especially CJ. She’s always so welcoming, cheerful, and positive, and she helps me choose my glasses every year.

This is great place. 1. Customer Service. The ladies at this location are just like home. They provided patience and were very efficient. Joyce was so delightful. Also, it is very clean!!! You will find some beautiful frames and more at this store. I highly recommend visiting this store. The heart of the city of Detroit. Best optical store in Michigan

Came downtown to spend the entire day for my Anniversary. It started to sprinkle and when went to clean my glasses off the nose pad ripped in half leaving a sharp plastic corner jabbing my nose. Let me tell you how elated I was that Heritage was right downtown open and able to replace my nose pad. They took me right in and replaced both pads plus tighten the arm screws for a ridiculously reasonable and fair price. The lady's were wonderful, helpful and even gave great recommendations for dessert. To say I was just another a happy customer would be understated. Thanks you for saving my day and letting me see the true Detroit
