Wait time was long but it was well worth it when i met Dr. Heidelberg, she was GREAT!

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Dr. Heidelberg took her time during the visit and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. I never felt rushed or brushed off. She clearly explained my condition and provided helpful suggestions along with a prescription to address the issue.

Waiting in a room for a hour and a half just to have a rushed appointment is beyond frustrating. Patients deserve respect for their time too. And if we’re not even seeing the doctor we scheduled the appointment for, a simple courtesy call ahead of time with the option to reschedule would go a long way. Communication matters.

The visit at Dr. Heidelberg's office today was timely and, the staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Karen Heidelberg is very knowledgeable and strive to resolve any problems you might have by examining & listening to your concerns before prescribing any medications. She's a wonderful person inside and out.

The front desk staff is incompetent, there is no welcoming staff nor environment and express no willingness to help. The male at the front desk is rude and does not I've clear information. When asked to peak with the front desk manager of course she agreed with his misconduct and did not provide a resolution. She allowed the male to interrupt our conversation when discussing the issue at hand and at that point I canceled my daughter and I appointment. Dr. Heidelberg is an amazing doctor however I refuse to deal with the staff she has prior to seeing her. There are so many clinics available that can provide better service.
