Hot water heater went out and was replaced in one day, before I even had a chance to complain about not having hot water. That was amazing. Appreciate the prompt service. Only gave four stars instead of five b/c of having to do maintenance orders online. Even though they always respond, phone calls are a preferred choice for me.

New tenant but I’m happy so far! My apartment wasn’t super clean when I moved in, but it wasn’t super dirty by any means and the carpet had clearly been cleaned. There are some obvious “landlord specials” with the upkeep of the place, but I haven’t noted anything egregious or dangerous with them. Overall I’m satisfied so far. Abram in particular has been incredibly responsive, kind, and competent.
