Got my hair wrapped by her last year, booked a morning appointment and paid deposit. Of course I showed up on time but she did not, The salon gate was locked and it was dark in there. I texted telling her I arrived, she replied she’d be a little late because she was “at home making coffee”…… I was cool with just a few minutes but then 30 minutes go by so I ask her ETA she then takes a while to respond and right when I was about to pull off she finally replies by saying “ oh I’m sorry I had to run to the post office to drop off packages and do a couple more things I’ll be there soon”. Y’all she did not arrive until a whole hour AFTER my designated appointment time. So when she finally gets there she does a rush job on my hair like she moved so quickly through the wash and styling to the point I didn’t feel pampered at all, I felt like she was just trying to rush and get me out of there ASAP. My hair lasted less than a week. Which is crazy because when I do my own hair it lasts at least 3 weeks. I paid over $100 for a wrap and trim. She didn’t offer a discount for the blatant inconvenience or any thing, she just apologized. Will never return, I’m tired of stylist playing with our time like this, it’s inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Jada you are phenomenal at what you do, I had the ultimate experience in your chair. The vibe an conversation had me in meditation. For you also to repair my Credit over night, literally idk how you did it. An kept me informed on every step.Your truly a Business Expert and I highly recommend you to anyone looking for results and a experience. Thank You Very much, Your a blessing that Bless others

I noticed that when I turned down the install the whole vibe from the customer service changed. I didn’t get any information or how to care for the wig, and because of that, I ruined a whole entire curly wig. Needless to say, I will not be going back here anymore. To spend my coin.
