I got my keys done a couple of days ago, the big dude copy the key for me, it didn’t work , took it back today and the dude with the tattoo hand , I think his name starts with a D, he got it right ! Next time I’m going to request him!

best place in downtown Detroit to get key replacement. Lost my keys during Detroit fireworks. They made me another one in a few hours. Pulled up to the car and programmed it in 5 minutes and was on my way. Serviced by Jeff

CANNOT EXPRESS HOW GREAT THIS PLACE IS!!!!!!!!! my jeep key snapped in half this am with no extra of course. Went to highland park jeep was going to take them till monday to fix and had to get my jeep towed there and would have been 325 for the key. Went to Fred's had a new key in 15 mins and $65. Thank you guys so much!!!!!AGAIN will never go anywhere else.
