so rude and unprofessional. It’s hard to even understand one of the front desk lady’s because she does not want to speak up.. and don’t mention to her how u can’t understand her because she will flip out on you for being “rude”, when I simply cannot understand a word she is saying.

Who do we contact in regard to ensuring members are receiving and aligned with the appropriate care or services?
I have left several messages for Daisha (Spelling) and I haven't received a response and this has almost been 4 weeks. Several weeks later and the lack of organization is at an all time high. The Director D. Owen's is a complete joke. The member i am guardian for haven't had any consistent or quality therapy in several months. This location is a JOKE made a revamp of structure and people are needed immediately

I'm not getting into the video chat because they're not hitting something that the receptionist said I had an appointment with Dr head and I got an appointment with my counselors but the video chat is not coming in cuz they ain't hit something but that's what the receptionist said so I'm letting y'all be known that I do need my medication and I need to talk to one of my counselors and I can't talk to him on the video checking I got a cold and I want to go down there in my disease when my germs
