(I may edit this IF change happens)As of right now, I'm not being helped like I need to be helped. I'm a self advocate, and I've learned what's healthy and unhealthy for me a few people I've helped. I'll leave it vague for others to find out for themselves, and for staff to speak on their ability to work in a organized-chaotic environment and work culture.

so rude and unprofessional. It’s hard to even understand one of the front desk lady’s because she does not want to speak up.. and don’t mention to her how u can’t understand her because she will flip out on you for being “rude”, when I simply cannot understand a word she is saying.

Who do we contact in regard to ensuring members are receiving and aligned with the appropriate care or services?
I have left several messages for Daisha (Spelling) and I haven't received a response and this has almost been 4 weeks. Several weeks later and the lack of organization is at an all time high. The Director D. Owen's is a complete joke. The member i am guardian for haven't had any consistent or quality therapy in several months. This location is a JOKE made a revamp of structure and people are needed immediately
