I went to this shop a few times the first time I loved my hair but the other times it was other women doing my hair they weren’t neat as the first one then one of the women burnt me and left a mark that I still have to this day the owner tried to say I moved no I didn’t she was too busy running her mouth and spilled boiling water on me I’ll never go back and only a couple of them are really great stylist some like to rush and do anything for 250 this shouldn’t happened

1st time getting my hair braided at an African shop. The customer service wasn't really bad but the braids were. The parts were crooked in the back, two different sizes; most likely because TWO different people were in my head (switching clients). The braids lasted 3 days due to how TIGHT they were at the roots, I started getting bumps on my nape. I will not be going back, sorry

Never again.
Two out of three people who worked on my hair were nice, but the experience was frustrating.
I found them on TikTok and their work looked good — I guess I just didn’t get the good people. I asked for small braids, yet the first lady did mediums “to make it look fuller.” They noticed my concern and offered to fix it.
Someone else took over the back, but seemed bothered when I asked to check the two rows she braided — after I’d already let the first lady work without watching her closely.
The braids are decent, but far from great, and my middle part isn’t even straight. I eventually got tired of fighting and complaining.
Should’ve gone to Thile Hair Braiding in Oak Park — always trust your first mind

Got some knotless braids here and my parts weren’t straight in the back, they offered to fix it but they didn’t redo the whole back and was very rough with my head. They also made my braids shorter when they were redone. Would not recommend

I love love love my hair! I made a appointment the day before with ease and once I arrived to my appointment they started right away! Pricing very reasonable and the two young ladies who done my hair were great. My hair is perfect! I will definitely be back!

I love love my bob length knotless boho braids. I was a walk in & they started on my hair at about 8:15 & I was out at 11:30. Amy and Jimini did a great job. One braided the back and the other braided the front at separate times. I received great customer service, they were very nice & accommodating. Diamond assisted with correcting an issue I was unhappy with & Amy took care of it. I will definitely be back!!

10 out of 10!!!!!! Very professional. I wasn't there 3 whole hours and was completely done from start to finish! Never been to a braiding shop where I didn't have any complaints. The speed they're moving at is unreal. I definitely will be back.
