I have had multiple great experiences at the dental school, however I see that the school has a 4.1 rating. I think the rating is accurate and acceptable. What i find odd or unacceptable is the lack of response to ratings and complaints. People who review on platforms such as google usually do so as a last resort or a first course of action ad it would benefit everyone to see at least a response from someone. I am not saying admit fault or place blame or say thank you, what i am saying is OWN THE REVIEW. Acknowledge the experience, good or bad, SEE the person who left the review and let them know that their voice isn't falling on deaf ears. 4.1 is barely a passing grade. The research and data is in the reviews, now is the time to just do the work and raise the grade. They have less than 100 reviews, should polish them up and make sure not to fall into the 3 point range!!

The worst experiences I have ever encountered. Some of the students needs a lot more experience when it comes to working on the patients. They over charge you on some of the dental procedures. Making you pay upfront before the procedures are done. When not even going over the paper work afterwards to see actually was done. Some of the front desk reps are unprofessional. They care more about money than the patients.

I was greatly harmed by a student dentist who over-drilled TWICE on a tooth that was destined for a crown. There was no crack in it 6 months ago. Now, after this student dentist put in core build-ups, one after the other because they fell out, with excessive drilling from his powerful drill, that tooth is badly cracked. When the second core build-up fell out, the School sent me a letter booting me out as a "non-teaching case". They left me with damage caused by an inexperienced, inept student, and refused to correct it. I am facing extraction now, but first trying to find a skilled dentist who will save the tooth with a filling and then a crown, which I may not find. I will never trust a student dentist ever again. Going to this clinic was a false economy, I so regret it. Everyone--beware.

front desk receptionist Morgan was extremely rude and had the nastiest attitude at 8am with her AirPods in.
We all have bad days but be so serious. It wasnβt what she was telling me , it was the delivery of that information. If someone could remind her that she is at work! Thatβd be great!!!!!
Rubbed me all the way off. Just because youβre coming here for affordable care doesnβt mean you should be talked to like that.
