Great hotel(with nice views) just needs to be a bit updated and housekeeping needs to be more detailed. The views and hotel it self feels like it needs more life ..food court had 1 restaurant open..its a ghost town .The GM museum is nice ..the hotel/ bldg needs a revamp (some of the staff was ok other staff was super helpful).It could be a great place to stay...it just needs attention to the rooms and updating more staff!
The staff are friendly, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, though the bathroom shower needs updating.My biggest disappointment, despite the awesome views, was the gym. Five treadmills did not work, the floors were dirty, the wipes were in open containers and completely dried out, the water refill stations had white crust on them, and multiple machine handles were broken.
