Very unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment and got confirmed on the new date and time. I show up at the appointment on the rescheduled time and the shop is closed. When I call the shop owner, she proceeds to blame me for not confirming my appointment, which she had already confirmed when I called for the rescheduling. Ew. Don't even waste your time. She sounds like the kind of person who will ruin your hair and blame you for it.

If I could give it less than one star, I would.
The woman who braided my hair (Mame) has the skill of a child. Her braids aren't straight or neat. She also has no skill with feeding in hair.
She was also lazy and dishonest with the spacing of my braids. She braided the front first to give the illusion of tight spacing (what I requested) and then braided the back and top of my head last, spacing the braids out much larger than in the front. This made my hair look awkward and messy. I texted her to ask if I could come in the next day to fix this issue, and she calls me and starts yelling at me. I just hung up. This place is so unprofessional, and I'm 100% sure this woman does not have braiding skills.
I feel duped that I paid $250 for this. I'm getting this mess fixed by a trusted braider. It just sucks that I had to waste my time and money here.

Don’t go here they are never open when they say they are. I called 20min ahead to make sure I could do a walk-in for a simple braid down. I got there the shop was closed and they stopped answering the phone I called multiple times.

I’ve been a Customer for a little a year, I’ve never been disappointed. “The Sistas” Dakar & Sonya are knowledgeable and definitely good at their craft . good, clean space they’re in my neighborhood and reasonably priced. Very Customer friendly

Horrible service. I made an appointment for 2 braiders only had 1. The lead braided tried to change the price after I sat down and she began my hair. I have huge knots for my knotless braids. Would not recommend, very unprofessional.
