Waited until the time of our appointment to cancel we were already there and waiting. It was a 25 minute drive to only have to go back home. No one else could service our son so we had to leave. That’s just unprofessional.

Made an appt online for 11:30 (appt confirmed), arrived at the place and it was closed. Looked inside, NO ONE was there. I picked this place based on the reviews, I'm very disappointed.
