i’ve been a customer of comforcare for the past two years and super pleased. my care needs are demanding but and the caregivers never complain. i can reach management easily, which is a big thing for me since that was an issue at the last company I was with.
We hired this company to take care of our mother - we live out of town. The owner throughly explained the services offered and worked with us to get the best rate possible. Mom loves her caregiver and has been much happier. The secretary is very communicative and keeps us updated on mom’s care. Our calls are always retutrnd the same day. We will be visitng Detroit this summer and hope to meet this wonderful caregiver in person. Thank you, comforcare!
