I had the pleasure of meeting Shanel for my facial. Scheduling was really easy. Shanel is suuuuuper sweet. From the time I walked in her energy and customer service is EVERYTHING!!!!! She’s very knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. Good conversation, and not once did I feel judged in any way. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I think I’ve found my new Esti bestie! I will definitely be recommending her. She’s a 10/10??
Easy to book and schedule an appointment. Shanel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything to help with my first time. Wife’s been pushing for skin treatment for awhile. Will book again. Thank you
Shanel is very passionate and knowledgeable about her service and products. I love her energy from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. She makes sure I am relaxed with every visit not to mention my face feels brand new and refreshed after every facial and because of that I make sure I book with her every month. She’s definitely a 10/10.
