Budget Appliances and mattresses

I purchased a refrigerator 2 weeks ago and it does not work mind you I waited a week to get it because the one I picked out didn’t not fit, fast forward to they sent a repair man out he came on Saturday and did some adjustments to the temperature and told me to call him on Monday if it doesn’t work I called he told me to call the store I did on Monday finally get in touch with somebody to after calling for 3 days only for him to tell me they don’t have but one repair person and he will be out of town for 3 weeks so mean to tell me you sent me something that never worked and now I gotta go 3 weeks with it not working if the warranty is good for 30 days 3 weeks would make it out of warranty right what’s next this sad all food has gone bad I also have a family this is not fare to me and my family this is very very unprofessional I wish would have read the reviews first
