Refused to cancel an on-going charge. The charge was for America's RV Warranty and they said the warranty company needs to call them first. BS. I'm the contract owner...I sold the RV and the new owner didn't want to keep the warranty- RV Warranty company never answered the phone, returned my call, or email so Budco went ahead and took out the payment (against my instructions).

I had purchased a Ford ExtendedCare warranty, and my car was totaled a little less than a month after purchasing the plan. I had reached out to cancel the plan, and they froze the account while I acquired the paperwork needed to cancel. I made the down payment and one months payment of a little over $470, calling today for a document I needed for insurance, I found out they charge PER MILE on their warranties, even though it's 3 year/36000 miles?? This was not explained to me in ANY capacity when purchasing the plan, and had to fork over an additional $50 for this crooked business. Terrible customer service people on the phone won't answer simple questions about if they can set up auto pay over the phone,a simple yes or no would be nice. Very rude and snippy operators that don't want to help with giving customers answers or help them pay their bill.
