The service is awful! They always have a bad attitude or seem like they don’t want to be there even when I call to make sure they have what I need it’s like I asked to pull the girls front tooth! I hate that for a black business. The hair is nice though.

Please don’t. Super thin, and I know today’s bundles are thin but these were unacceptably thin (especially for body wave). I first had an inkling that the hair was bad because I bought 1 bundle to add to my Kendra’s Boutique hair to make it fuller. I immediately started experiencing snagging, which I NEVER had an issue with. I then did a full install with this hair which was a mistake! the hair is staticky, it snags, it’s super thin. Not worth the money at all. Get Kendra’s. You cannot convince me this is 3 bundles. Just sad.

I've been buying hair from this place since 2020 and the hair was extremely good but the last two times i've purchased closures and bundles haven't been so great! Coloring the hair is horrible and the shedding of the closures is the same horrible! I've neve had this problem before. We pay too much money for these bundles to experience this! I'm not sure you if you all have changed vendors but I used to buy hair and it would last for over two to three years! This year of buying hair hasn't been a great experience at all.

Super bothered that my hair was over 400.00 and smell like corn chips. I can't get it installed after waiting for it through the mail because it has to be washed AGAIN.... update , just washed it and everything i climbed my fingers thru it, i come out with hair. Pray to god this is not some bad bundles. So far I'm bothered for sure

So the quality of this hair is now TRASH … been ordering for YEARS and I’m very sad to say I bought my birthday hair from here and I was sooo disappointed it was sooo nappy I had to take it down but I didn’t want to because the hair was $700 and the install was $250 so waste of $950 couldn’t enjoy my hair because it kept napping up and tangling ugh how embarrassing!

Second time I’ve been here the first time was ok and this time was horrible! I was basically asked for my id after watching two other customers pay without id ! I guess I didn’t look like I could afford the hair lol .. jokes Will take my business elsewhere because with this purchase and my other one I spent over 800 in here . That’s all
