This gentleman is the best of the best. He actually worked on my property a few months back. Service was incredible, extremely professional, and his price was reasonable. A plumbing issue in the bath tub and sink that lasted my wife and I a little over a year, this gentleman took care of it in 30 min. You can’t go wrong with his service.

Let me tell you something. I hired this guy based on his 5 star reviews, but i noticed they were all recent. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured he was new in town. Big mistake - after he "did" the job he told me hes been in this town 30 years. So probably, he changed his business name due to bad reviews and hired some fake ones.
$250 to fix a leaking radiator, it was extremely easy and I just didnt know how to do it. All he did was unscrew it and drain it out. An honest guy charges for the amount of difficult if the task, not based on your customer not knowing the trade. Carelessly dumped a ton of water on my floor in the process causing major damage to the cieling downstairs. He seriously loosened it and then was just sitting in his truck w water running out.
$350 to fix a gurgle in my bathroom drain. He said the toilet had to be snaked so I let him do it. After he did it he said actually, the sink needs to be snaked and wanted more money to do it. Uh, no.
I paid him but honestly wish I would have stiffed him because one job he caused more damage than he fixed than the other job he didn't fix it at all.
Texted him about these concerns, no text back. Worst $600 i ever spent for 2 hrs of someones time. This guy is a ripoff.
