I've been taking classes since November 2021 and love this space! It's welcoming and warm. Instructors ensure safety at all times and will modify moves to your level. If you're thinking about trying a class - I highly encourage it! 💓
I've been attending The Movement Suite for nearly a year taking a variety of classes in pole on both static and spin (foundational, heelwork, choreo, flow, tricks, and inverts), plus seasonal chair workshops and one lyra class. Brooke, the owner, is a phenomenal individual that really cares about her students' growth and wellbeing! Her perspective on movement is really refreshing. She is there - always - to celebrate your successes and give you constructive feedback on how to improve technique and flow. Brooke runs a business that provides love and encouragement and is a safe place to be! No judgements ever. Only complaint is there isn't a location closer to Jackson, Mi and there aren't classes 24/7!!!
