Avoid this place at all costs. They came to my house and replaced a sump pump. 15 minutes after they left, the sump pump alarm went off and, luckily, my cleaning lady was there to hear it. She went downstairs and found a burst pipe with water praying everywhere on brand new carpet. I called the business right away and had them come back. They were able to come back and fix it. However, a quarter of the basement carpet was soaked with water. I needed to be extracted and they had initially agreed to pay for the damage.
