Rich has been out to help us on more than one occasion. He’s always been extremely fair with pricing especially considering the high quality work he does. Super efficient and quick with his work, always asks before doing something that may cost more and is willing to work with you to figure out a fair price and a reasonable solution. He fixed 5-10 different things around my house including doorways and gaps in doors that were letting air in/out. Honestly I usually don’t leave reviews, but for Rich and for R&R door I had to leave one because I truly cannot thank them enough for their services. From the moment I called , Rich was prompt with his timing and very very quick to respond. And then when he got to my shop to fix my security doors, he was so genuine with his work and treated my place as if it was his own place, literally. Not only did He repair my broken and damaged shutter after someone broke into my place, he installed a reinforced steel door with flushed deadbolt making it very very very difficult for anyone to try to break in again.
