One of the associates flat out lied and said all last act sales are final. I know for a fact that's a lie and it also says on the Macy's website's return policy that you CAN return last act items within 30 days. Do NOT let them tell you otherwise!
Stopped in to browse - decided to buy a shirt for my husband. No sales associate at the first counter I tried, one with a lengthy line in an adjacent department so I approached the next nearest two sales associates at men's fragrances who were talking together, not assisting customers. They wouldn't ring up my purchase & directed me to the lengthy line. Needless to say, I opted to leave without making the purchase. Next I went to housewares and for the first 15 minutes browsed around a seemingly deserted department that was utterly disorganized with items strewn about and on the floor. Terrible, as usual. One open register per level. Clothes un organized. Bathrooms look like they came out a scary movie along with the rest of the store. The only decent thing about it is that they have a Perfume Department for last minute gifting ideas. Otherwise is a thumbs down for me.
