I’ve had such a great experience at Pinnacle Dearborn. The nurses here are always kind, patient, and genuinely supportive, which makes every visit so much easier. I especially want to recognize Jessica, the nurse/phlebotomist. She is incredibly friendly and caring, and she’s the only person who has ever been able to draw my blood successfully on the very first attempt! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease, even when I’m nervous. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients.
