Typically I've had good service at the Ford Rd location. However, lately their emphasis on patient outcomes seems lacking. After repeatedly report an issue with making a monthly appointment this month there still was a complication. One that could have easily been resolved with a phone call to my primary care physician's office, who is in the HF network. Instead, they chose to put the onus to resolve the matter on the patient versus addressing the issue in their system.
i witnessed a receptionist named April at Kirwood building, exhibit extra patience, and kindness with an elderly patient. She took her time explain everything !! Kudos to this young lady!! Excellent customer service!!
