The store is bright and spotless, with large displays that are nice to visualize. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly, offering amazing customer service and lots of options. Helpful staff members, like Shar, Gary, and Antoinette, provide valuable suggestions and assistance, even matching lower prices and calling other stores for discontinued tile. While the loading department needs work, taking 1.5 hours for three pallets, the overall experience is highly recommended by homeowners and contractors for renovation needs.
My wife & I recently had a new bathroom put in our home. We bought our shower tile & stone floor from Floor & Decor in Dearborn. The contractor who did our bathroom left grout on the stone tile making it very hard to come off. My wife was very upset, we tried a few products nothing worked. We called Wesley Walker store manager at Floor Decor Dearborn. He was very knowledgeable, kind & considerate concerning our problem. He gave us a product to remove the hardened grout & gloves & even a bucket free of charge. The product worked very well. The Floor looks great. We couldn't of been happier. Shar from the Dearborn store was super helpful when the tile we were looking for had been discontinued. Instead of passing the buck, she got the Ypsilanti store on the phone which had some in stock and she even matched the lower price. First class customer service!
This place was on point from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Gary in the flooring department was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Now the loading department on the other hand needs work. It took 1.5 hrs to get 3 pallets loaded onto a trailer. Also had a great experience with Connor.
