The place was extremely unorganized and lacked the level of cleanliness expected in a professional environment. There was visible dust throughout the office, papers and stickers everywhere on the floors, and walls and garbage present in multiple areas. The shelves, counters, and walls appeared dirty and poorly maintained, and outdated. Bathroom is dirty as well. Very unprofessional and for a place where it should be sanitized and sterile ir is definitely not

The facility was extremely unorganized and lacked cleanliness. A medical office should be clean, sterile, and professional, but there was garbage on the floors and clutter throughout the facility. The shelves, counters, treatment rooms, and office areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained. In addition, there was a lack of privacy, which was concerning. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional and did not meet the standards I would expect from a healthcare facility.
