This place was an awful experience for me and my kids. They are extremely unorganized and even messed up basic paperwork. Literally they send you paperwork every couple of days and still no appointment. You have to consistently remind them how to do their job. Consultations were delayed, staff were unprofessional, and nothing felt reliable. Calls go unanswered! If you care about your child’s mental health, I strongly advise looking elsewhere!

Need a better phone call answering mechanism especially if you're treating someone for mental health....A business leaves sour taste in my mouth when answering the phone should be the 1st step of good business. Not everyone wants to adjust everything to the robot world.... I feel like it's lazy to use automatic voice services when real people are able to do the same

Did an intake on the phone with Heather, she was awesome! Excited to start therapy here. Relatively short wait time as well, you're not waiting over a month for the next appointment.
