They expertly repair and replace fences and gates damaged by storms, including custom sizes for non-standard or older fences. The team is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, offering great customer service. While one staff member may seem gruff at first, he is really quite nice. Their installations, including iron fences, turn out perfectly—looking great, solid, and well-installed to withstand heavy use. They are highly recommended, with a reputation for getting customers what they need quickly. There is a reason they have been around so long.
A recent storm sent a large limb down on my gate destroying it. I tried finding a replacement at the big home improvement stores and that's when I found out my gate wasn't the standard size since my fence was over 30 years old. I came across Star fence and contacted them. I gave them the size and was told they could make one in a couple of days. The next day I was contacted and told my gate was ready. Because of limited time I did not get to install it today but I held it up against the old gate and opening and it looks like a perfect fit. Thank you Star Fence.
I do not know the gentleman's name that help me, however he got me what I needed in probably under a minute and I paid my bill was out the door.. It was wonderful to have Great customer service.
