Called for a washer issue, and thankfully I had already researched the part cost. The technician quoted me a price that was 4x higher than the actual manufacturer price, and that was just the part, separate from labor.
When I declined, they still wanted to charge the service call fee. I challenged it twice. They later agreed to refund the fee, but never admitted the pricing was wrong, they also doubled down on the gouged part price. That tells me this is a business practice, not a mistake.
Leaving this review to warn others and because my time was wasted. This comes across as price gouging and deceptive business conduct.

Great customer service always have the parts I need and if the part is not in stock they will order it for you and they will have that part to you in a matter of a day or two

Came out quick, but changed 100.00
To tell me it was the transmission on my washer, that is why I get no agitation.
You sounded very convincing said it was cheaper to buy a new one then fix it so I decided to look at it myself and found it was the lower agitator that was broken.
I fixed it for the same cost you charged me.

I had a service guy come.out to check on my whirlpool fridge he came in he opened my fridge because my whole fridge wasn't working at all so long story short he came opened up my fridge said it was the ui board didn't do any work on my fridge or pull anything apart to show us what was wrong charged me $100 dollars for less then 5 min and then left my boyfriend pulled out my fridge looked in the back showed me the circuit control board was burnt out and the service guy didn't even do anything just opened my fridge without checking anything and charged me this is highway robbery to charge $100 and not do a damn thing he was wrong about the ui or board in the front of the fridge how can anyone make a diagnosis without checking anything out im very upset about this and it took my boyfriend to make a diagnosis and this guy didn't how awful I will NOT be using this company again awful costumer service and awful service from the company I'll be going to the BBB WITH THIS matter how dare anyone to charge anyone $100 and not do a through check shame on u..
