ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS

The issue relates to my home air conditioning unit which was installed approximately 2017 for approximately $5,500. I purchased the home in 2018. The actual air conditioning unit failed after two years. What I learned later was that it installed improperly and there was a leaking pipe (according to a trusted technician). I initially had the unit recharged and it lasted another season or two--just long enough that when I called Sunrise it was beyond their warranty. I first spoke with George from Sunrise in 2018. They called and was suppose give me a quote without coming out to my residence. How do you do that? I never got a quote or a follow up call. I gave the business to another company.

Had trouble w/ a.c. & kid sent was amazing. He checked for leaks in my system & viola! I was in trouble. DTE was here b 4 that & said NADA about this! I could've died & if not 4 the young man sent by Mary, who runs their offices. BLESS these folks who actually CARE about people. Thanks for Mary & Strong young man who will always b my 1st choice ♡ reasonably $. Close by. Caring office manager who's very fun 2 talk 2! U have a great team there!
