I am writing this review out of true concern. I have been to this clinic multiple times both as a patient and as a driver for my family and coworkers. Last night my daughter was seen for a severe allergic reaction. The staff was fast in getting her seen and kind. The problem is the treatment. She was given multiple injections, steroids, Benadryl and epi. All standard of care. The injections were not given by a competent trained medical professional. If this staff member had been properly trained she would have quickly realized that epi can only be given in the outer thigh. My daughter received 4 injections at the belt line area of her lower back. None of the injections were given directly into a muscle as they should. Now we are forced to watch for signs of gangrene at the injection site. Please do a better job of training your staff to competently give injections or do not offer that service. The first rule of every provider is to do no harm. I hope you can take this review as a learning tool to make sure this does not ever happen again.

What a horrible experience. Only made it to the check in counter. The lady was super rude and did not want to be bothered. I had to return in and then she decided that my visit wasn’t deemed important enough to be seen.

This is my go to urgent care. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. The nurses and desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The building is clean and easy to get around. Overall the best urgent care around!

I been going to Hope Urgent Care in Davison for years and I never had an issue. And Dr Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her vibe when she walks in is so inviting. Her staff, which have been there for sometime now are super sociable and always smiling. I love it there and will continue getting care from them.

This is my go to urgent care! The staff is always welcoming from front desk, to medical assistants to the provider on staff. They are always efficient even when there is a full waiting room. I'm happy to bring my whole family here and confident they will get great treatment every time.
