Ive been seeing Jen for around 13 years and wil never switch or see another dresser, id rather wait if I had to but setting appointments is sometimes crucial to ensure another step in prepping for a positive experience. The best artist will always have a a wait list too, thats when you know everyone wants to see them. If i were to show up with my hair looking like it had been cutt recently and knowing i did it without her it would ruin not only 13 years, shed also be dissapointed because she cares about her clientele very much so.
