We were concerned about damage to our well due a falling tree. Mike came out and reassured us that our well is fine. He shared extra info about the motor and bearings and also how to use a generator with the well. Really helpful.

So, after 24 years, my large submersible well pump died. I called at 8:15 pm (Friday night on a holiday weekend) and Mike Lalone answered the phone himself - no answering service. I explained my problem and was concerned what this repair would cost and all the "what if's". Mike said he would assess on Saturday morning and would be here at 930 am. At 915 , Mike shows up, checks the situation and tries to go for the simple solution with minimal cost. My pump may need a new capacitor in the electrical box. LaLone well service replaced my pump 27 years ago when it was hit by lightning. Lately we were having low water pressure. Alex came out and said the pump was probably getting worn. Came back the next day and replaced the pump, checked everything and was done in a little over an hour. Plenty of pressure now. Very professional service and the cost was what I expected.
