Robert was the most patient trainer! As someone is not always a compliant client he was always patient and worked with me to find my barriers and help work through what wasn’t working. He takes the time to learn YOU to make the plan individualized to you. No cookie cutter, uneducated trainer in your corner. Will always recommend 100/10.
