Hi -Temp was absolutely amazing helping us deal with a heating issue that we recently had, I would like to personally thank Tom who even through a medical emergency did not hesitate to take a phone call from the person who was out here fixing our furnace as well I would like to thank Larry for spending countless trips up and down our stairs to do test after test to find out what was causing our furnace to quit during evenings and I would like to thank James for coming out and helping with a speedy replacement furnace that sense has kept us warm day and night. I would also really like to thank Cheryl and Carol in the office for listening too many calls morning noon and night from someone who was cold and upset.( and probably not so pleasent) Sorry! All in all I can tell you with the utmost confidence that Hi-Temp heating and cooling will be the only one we deal with in the future they are definitely a company that goes way above and beyond to keep their customer happy and warm. Thomas came out to look at my furnace, even though he wasn't sure he could fix it. Well, he was able to. Now I have heat again, thanks Tom! You really are the BEST! Remember, if you run out of crack head meat, I know where you can get a meal. ;) Haha!
