I have always been able to count on them. Over the last 5 years we have had a few winter months begin where my furnace wouldn’t turn on. They came out same day and had my furnaces repaired the same day. This was so appreciated as my family takes care of our elderly father in law who has major medical issues and can’t be without heat. Scott and Adam have been great to work with and gone above and beyond. Thank you!

UPDATED::Fast forward it is now 2022 and they have been out and have done great work for our commercial building so I’m changing my review to a higher star. Thank you Lamphere’s!!Old review:Called and had no time for me to even give an estimate for installing a new sink, because they are too busy the person said they only do estimates on furnaces! :( Asked if she could send a quote for their hourly rate and she refused and said over the phone only!

Very expensive this last time around. I have used them several times in the past but this last time I feel like I got taken advantage of. I think it was 128 per hour and I paid for drive time. they started the clock before they left the shop. So he was here like hour but I was charged for drive time and waiting at stop signs and lights etc. Kind of an insulting.
